VPN Connection Warning Added During Call Placement

VPN detection warning has been introduced. Now, when a user places a call while connected to a VPN, a warning toast message will be displayed: "Your network is connected to a VPN, so you might face call quality issues." The warning will not repeat for the next 30 minutes to avoid disruption, and will be shown again after 30 minutes if the VPN is still connected.
