High Credit Usage Alert on Call Hangup with Email Notification
We are excited to introduce the Per Call Credit Usage Alert feature, designed to give you better control and visibility over your call credit consumption.
With this enhancement, the system continuously monitors the credit usage of each individual call. Whenever a single call exceeds the configured per-call credit threshold, an automated email notification will be triggered and sent to the account Owner. This ensures that high-cost calls are immediately brought to your attention, allowing you to take timely action if needed.
This feature is particularly useful for identifying unusual or excessive credit usage on specific calls, helping you maintain better oversight of your communication expenses and avoid unexpected costs.[Note: Only one email will be sent per user per day.]
