We are excited to introduce the Attempt Manager, a new addition to the CallHippo Auto Dialer suite. The Attempt Manager helps your team stay organized and ensures no lead is ever missed by tracking every call attempt made to each contact.

With the Attempt Manager, you can load any contact list into a campaign and your agents can start calling directly from the webapp with a single click. Each contact moves through attempt stages, from New Lead through up to Attempt 10, giving you full visibility into how many times a contact has been called and what happened on each attempt. You can view all contacts, filter by attempt stage, and see the last call status, agent name, and lead disposition for every contact in one place.

When an agent is done with a contact, they can mark them as complete directly from the table, the ACW screen, removing them from the list instantly. Multiple campaign lists can be managed simultaneously and agents can switch between them at any time without losing any progress.
