Pipedrive Telephony

The CallHippo Dialer is now available directly inside Pipedrive CRM. Previously, users had to leave Pipedrive to make or receive calls using the CallHippo web dialer, desktop app, or browser extension. Now, users can make and receive calls without leaving Pipedrive. The embedded dialer supports all calling features including incoming/outgoing calls, call hold/pause, call transfer, recording, mute/unmute, notes, ACW screen, call/SMS logs, and availability status — all accessible from within the Pipedrive portal. Incoming calls are automatically routed to the Pipedrive dialer, and call activities are synced to the respective contact.
