AssureAd Integration: Sync User Add/Update/Delete from Azure AD to CallHippo

Microsoft Entra ID User Provisioning is now integrated with CallHippo via SCIM 2.0. Previously, only SSO-based login was supported, requiring admins to manually manage users in CallHippo. Now, with the new User Sync Configuration toggles (Add and Delete), users added or removed in Entra ID are automatically synced to CallHippo in real-time.
