Notify Agents When Shared Number Call is Answered

Improved the experience when an incoming call on a shared number is answered by any user. Previously, when one user answered a call on a shared number, the incoming call screen was silently removed from all other users' dialers with no explanation. Now, instead of an abrupt dismissal, other users will see an informational screen displaying "{user_name} has already picked up this call".
