1. Expanded 31-Day Dashboard & Call Analytics Filtering
If you regularly review monthly performance, your reporting workflow just got a major upgrade. We have enhanced the data analysis capabilities of your Dashboard and Call Analytics by increasing the maximum date filter range from 7 days to 31 days.
Previously, reviewing monthly performance meant manually adjusting filters week-by-week. Now, you can select any continuous range of up to 31 days, This expansion applies across the board to all your dashboard metrics, counts, and charts.

2. Public "Do Not Call" (DNC) APIs We've opened up our DNC APIs for public use - giving your team full programmatic control over call compliance.

3. Enhanced Contacts API with Date-Based Filtering
We have upgraded our Contacts API to make data synchronization significantly faster and more precise.
The Updated date Parameter: By using this new optional filter, you can selectively retrieve only the contacts that have been updated from a specified date up to the present moment. Backwards Compatible: If you don't provide a date, the API will continue to return your full contact list. This ensures that your existing integrations will not break or be affected in any way.
