Call Charges Calculation Based on Both “From” and “To” Number Prefixes

Call charge calculation has been enhanced to consider both the "From" number and the "To" number prefixes when determining call rates. Previously, charges were calculated solely based on the destination (To) number prefix.
This update applies to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
With this update, the system will now check if a matching From → To pricing rule exists and apply the configured rate for that specific combination. If no matching combination is found, the system will fall back to the existing pricing logic based on the destination number. This applies to all outbound calling flows including manual calls and Auto/Parallel Dialer calls.
