Missed Call Report
Excited to introduce a new report! A new Missed Call Report has been added to the Reports section, giving full visibility into missed incoming calls and whether a callback was attempted. Everything you need to track missed call follow-ups is now available in one place.
The report displays Date & Time, Agent Name, Assigned Number, Caller Number, Callback Attempted (Yes/No), Callback User, and Callback Date & Time. It covers the last 15 days of data.
