# User-Level Country Restrictions for Outgoing Calls

Owners and Admins can now restrict individual users to prevent them from making outgoing calls to specific countries. The existing account-level restricted countries remain unchanged and cannot be edited by users. In addition to the account-level restrictions, Owners and Admins can now add user-level restrictions for any other country on a per-user basis from Settings → Call & SMS Settings → Call & SMS Restrictions → Restricted Countries.

Restrictions can be added, edited, or removed. If a restricted user attempts to call a blocked country, the call will not connect and an error message will be displayed.
