# Smart Summary: Let AI Extract What You Need from Every Call

🎉 **Introducing Smart Summary in AI Copilot**

A new **Smart Summary** feature has been added under the AI Copilot module. Users can now define custom Topics with descriptions, and after every call, the system automatically analyzes the transcript and generates a short, focused summary for each matching Topic.

For example, define a Topic like “Payment” with context describing what you want to know, and the AI will summarize exactly how payment was discussed in each call — whether the customer committed, what blocked them, and what the agent promised.

Each matched Topic generates its own summary displayed in the Call Analytics dashboard. If a Topic is active but no match is found in a call, it shows “No Smart Summary available for this topic.” Smart Summaries can also be sent to integrated CRMs by enabling the Smart Summary checkbox under Advanced Integration options.
