**1\. Expanded 31-Day Dashboard & Call Analytics Filtering**  
If you regularly review monthly performance, your reporting workflow just got a major upgrade. We have enhanced the data analysis capabilities of your Dashboard and Call Analytics by increasing the maximum date filter range from 7 days to 31 days.  
  
Previously, reviewing monthly performance meant manually adjusting filters week-by-week. Now, you can select any continuous range of up to 31 days, This expansion applies across the board to all your dashboard metrics, counts, and charts.  
  
**Why it matters:** Faster Reporting: Review monthly trends in a single glance without exporting or stitching together weekly reports. Comprehensive Insights: Easily track long-term performance across your teams and numbers.

**2\. Public "Do Not Call" (DNC) APIs** We've opened up our DNC APIs for public use - giving your team full programmatic control over call compliance.  
  
**Here's what you get:**

-   Prevent agents from dialing restricted numbers before it happens

**3\. Enhanced Contacts API with Date-Based Filtering**   
We have upgraded our Contacts API to make data synchronization significantly faster and more precise.    
  
The Updated date Parameter: By using this new optional filter, you can selectively retrieve only the contacts that have been updated from a specified date up to the present moment. Backwards Compatible: If you don't provide a date, the API will continue to return your full contact list. This ensures that your existing integrations will not break or be affected in any way.  
  
**Why it matters:** Streamlined Syncing: Stop downloading thousands of unchanged records just to find a few recent updates. Improved Efficiency: Dramatically speeds up data retrieval, making your internal reporting and CRM integrations run much faster.
