# Introducing AI Disposition: Let AI Tag Your Calls Automatically

🎉 **Introducing AI Disposition**

A new AI Disposition feature has been introduced that automatically assigns dispositions to calls based on call transcript analysis. Previously, agents had to manually select a disposition after every call, leading to inconsistent tagging and increased after-call handling time.

Now, when the AI Disposition toggle is enabled, the system automatically analyzes the call transcript after the call ends and suggests the most relevant dispositions from the account’s existing disposition list. AI-generated dispositions are automatically added to the call’s disposition list once the result is received from AI. Users will find the respective dispositions in call logs or exported call log reports as well.

This works for both manual calls and Auto Dialer calls. Owners, Admins, and Dashboard Users can enable the feature and add descriptions to dispositions for improved AI accuracy. Available on the Platinum plan.
