# Connect Rate Report: Now Available By Number, By Country, and By User

The **Call Connect Rate Report** has been restructured and renamed to **Connect Rate Report**, now with three sub-reports: **By Number**, **By Country**, and **By User**. Previously, the report displayed data only at the number and country level. Now, users can view connect rate metrics aggregated by individual phone numbers, countries, or users.

All existing metrics remain unchanged, including Total Outgoing/Incoming Calls, Connected Calls, Failed Calls, No Answer, Rejected Calls, Machine Detected, Call Not Setup, Ring Rate (%), Answer Rate (%), and Avg. Talk Time. Export, email report, and global search are supported for all three sub-reports.
